Here at Cottage Studios, we plan, design, construct, and deliver beautifully crafted backyard offices, mini cabins, guest houses, she sheds, and more. All of our spaces are delivered turnkey and move in ready. Each structure is completely insulated, wired, and finished inside and out. We'll work closely with you on your project making it smooth and easy, with some turnaround times being as short as six weeks.

Full interior and exterior design. All of our studios, backyard offices, cabins and ADUs are built from the ground up, start to finish, right here in Appomattox. We provide floor plans and design images for custom builds to ensure your satisfaction before your order goes into production. Once your order starts, you'll receive weekly progress updates right up to delivery day.

Mini-Split Option

All our studios have the option of coming equipped with a mini-split heating and cooling system. This option includes a full start up procedure; the system is typically installed after the studio is set.

Delivery Services

We deliver on many different terrains, from tight urban lots to rugged wooded hillsides. A route plane is always discussed before an order is placed, to ensure a smooth delivery day. We provide all the concrete blocks needed to set your new structure on a level plane.
